A Black and White Film

It’s all going a bit too slowly today.
And when I stretched,
I got light headed
And saw white.

When I watch a film
I get stuck in it for the whole day.
I speak like it and
Walk around in its tone.

Those are the days when
I can’t even remember who I am.
When I stretch so hard that
It all goes white.

And I’m white too.
And so are you.

The days I dread because
I might never get
The colour back.
